All content, designs, and products displayed on this website are owned by Zahra Hasnain Bridal and Groom Wear and protected by intellectual property laws.

2. Orders and Bookings
- All orders and appointments are subject to confirmation by Zahra Hasnain Bridal and Groom Wear.
- Custom tailoring orders are based on measurements and specifications provided by the client. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate information.
- Once an order is confirmed, any changes to design, fabric, or measurements must be approved by our team and may incur additional costs.

3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices for products and services are displayed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed in full before the commencement of tailoring services or dispatch of products.

4. Custom Tailoring Policy
- Custom-made garments require 2–3 weeks for completion, depending on fittings and client approvals.
- Multiple fittings may be scheduled to ensure the perfect fit.
- Due to the bespoke nature of our products, cancellations or returns are not accepted for custom-made garments.

5. Privacy & Personal Information
- We value your privacy. Personal information collected during orders or appointments is used solely for providing services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

6. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
